If you are recommended Kybella by Dr. Day and her team, you can expect to be with us in the office for approximately one hour. Topical numbing will be used prior to the treatment to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. After the injections, you may bruise and swell. Though the fat dissolves within 10-15 minutes, you may experience significant swelling that can mask the initial effects.
